Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

POSgram is provided by Fainesse Services (003834910-D), Malaysia. These terms cover the POSgram website, Free store tools and Premium services. Contact admin@faifadz.my with questions. You must have authority to use POSgram for your business and to manage any store data you connect.

2. Free and Premium

Free uses a Google Sheet and Apps Script deployment that you own and manage. No POSgram subscription or central email account is required for Free. Google accounts, quotas and service terms still apply. Premium hosts store records for you and requires an owner account and an eligible subscription or authorised access. Features and store limits are shown on the Pricing page.

3. Your responsibilities

Protect owner passwords, store PINs, Google access and devices. Give access only to authorised staff. Check prices, tax settings, stock and reports before relying on them. You are responsible for lawful sales, tax and accounting obligations and any notices or permissions required for staff and customer data. Do not upload card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Premium fees, currency, billing interval and applicable charges are shown before you subscribe. Stripe handles subscription payments. Subscriptions renew under the terms displayed at checkout until cancelled. Use Manage Billing to cancel; the portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. Contact us about billing mistakes or refund requests; any rights required by applicable law remain available. We will communicate material price changes before they affect a future renewal.

5. Payments recorded in your store

POSgram records sales and payment methods. It does not acquire or settle your customers’ card or QR payments. Confirm digital payments in your bank or wallet app before recording a completed sale. Premium subscription billing is separate from payments received by your store.

6. Data, exports and offline use

You retain ownership of your business records. You authorise us and our service providers to process them as needed to provide, secure and support POSgram, as described in the Privacy Notice. Keep your own exports. Automatic Premium backups support recovery but are not a guarantee that every recent change can be restored. Prepare devices online before offline use, sync pending sales before switching stores or clearing device data, and review import instructions before moving a Free store to Premium. Cancelling billing is not a data-deletion request. Contact us for account closure or deletion, and export the records you need first.

7. Acceptable use and service availability

Do not use POSgram for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other stores or overload the service. We may restrict access to address security threats, abuse, unpaid subscriptions or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and how to contact us. Maintenance, network failures and external providers can interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a dedicated server for each account or a particular performance level.

8. Software, limitations and disputes

POSgram branding and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended business purpose. POSgram is a business tool, not professional accounting or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by inaccurate input, compromised devices or external services outside our control. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first to try to resolve a dispute.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as POSgram changes. The date below identifies this version. We will take reasonable steps to notify affected users of material changes before they apply. For support, billing questions or concerns, email admin@faifadz.my.

Free owner accounts and demo

New Free setups require a verified owner account. One account may register one Google Sheet deployment for Free, with multiple counter devices. Existing connected accountless stores may continue during a gradual transition without a fixed deadline. Free business records remain in your Google Sheet. Store PIN access is separate from owner login.

Linking verifies control of a deployed script, not legal ownership of the Sheet. Protect your Google account, deployment code and PINs. As connection URLs are not saved in the owner registry, paste the same Apps Script URL on a new device and enter the existing store PIN. Synchronise pending sales and handle device-local unpaid orders before changing devices. Disconnecting an account registration does not delete your Google data or revoke other devices.

The basic demo contains sample data only. Its receipts and sales are not real transactions and are not transferred into a real store.
